Introduction. The article reveals the relevance of the problem of forming a tutor's position of future teachers when organizing work with children with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as HH) in connection with the adoption of the new Law "On Education" in the Russian Federation, which enshrines the right to inclusive education in secondary schools.
The purpose of the article is to consider the formation of a tutor's position in the modern conditions of inclusive education and to substantiate the complex of pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of a tutor's position of future teachers.
Materials and methods. The main research methods are theoretical and methodological analysis, pedagogical observation, comparison, questioning, analysis of one's own and advanced pedagogical experience on the research problem.
Results. The introduction of a complex of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the tutor position of future teachers in the educational process of the faculty.
Discussion. Substantiation of the expediency of the developed complex of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the tutor position of future teachers.
Conclusion. The conclusion is formulated that in the modern conditions of inclusive education, the formation of the tutor position of future teachers is of great importance. Therefore, compliance with the presented set of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the effective organization of the educational environment of future teachers for the formation of their tutor position.
